Winter 2018: I don't know about you but I'm looking forward to Spring! I love winter and make every effort to get out but it will certainly be easier to be more active once the weather is warm and the days are long. That said, it is essential to keep active this winter! Our bodies need exercise every day for a healthy heart, strong muscles and a general sense of well being.

Fall 2017: I know that walking on any hard surface for an extended period of time will irritate a foot problem. Do your feet hurt when you get out of bed in the morning or hurt worse as the day goes on? Perhaps you have Plantar Fasciitis, Neuroma, are Flat-Footed or have Bunions.

Summer 2017:  I hope you are having a great summer enjoying lots of fun activities with family and friends! Make sure you take along the right footwear for each activity plus extra pairs of clean, dry socks. Damp socks allow fungus to grow and spread so change them regularly.

Spring 2017: I love this time of year! The trees are budding, the weather is warmer and outdoor activities don't require coats and boots! However, if you suffer from foot discomfort it's harder to get motivated.

Winter 2017: I don't know about you but at the beginning of every year I like to do something I haven't done before. This year it was a trip to the Grand Canyon. It was an amazing experience.

Fall 2016: I don’t know about you but as the weather begins cooling down here in New England I like to think about how I am going to stay active and healthy this winter. How about you? Will you stretch, work out or exercise on foot, bike or ski as often as you can? The rewards are great – I feel better when I am active and I expect you do too.

Summer 2016: Summer means wearing the lightest shoes as possible - sandals are in and boots are out. But carefree living doesn't mean not taking care of your feet.

Spring 2016: The warm weather and fresh air of spring lures many of us out of doors and is the perfect time to start an exercise program.

Fall 2015: The weather is beginning to cool down and the days are getting shorter - fall is here! With more invigorating weather it's the perfect time to get moving and get exercising, so try some new fitness
activities to maintain good health.
